Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

We really hope you love your purchase, however if you are unsatisfied we will accept returns or exchanges. Earrings, hair accessories and personalised items are not eligible for returns or exchange. Postage is not refundable.

Your item must remain unworn, undamaged and in it’s original packaging. Please also ensure that the item is packaged appropriately to avoid damage in transit, and that proof of postage is obtained. Returns are at your own cost.
Please head to our 'Get in Touch' page within 14 days of you receiving the item to arrange a return.
Faulty Items

Here at The Lovely Edit we pride ourselves on our quality, therefore we provide a 6-month guarantee on all of our jewellery. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be given upon it's return. If the original item is no longer in stock, we will offer a voucher to the full value of the original item.

We are unable to accept returns on any items of jewellery that have been damaged due to incorrect care (ie: exposed to perfumes or lotions or over exposure to water). Please see our Jewellery Care Guide for how to properly look after your jewellery.
